CC Debt Progress - May
Time for me to get on the bandwagon again. Today is my birthday and there’s plenty of room to look back and see where I’ve come from and start new resolutions. Hence my posting my balances (again) on the 15th.
Here’s how far I’ve come:
- American Express Gold: $0.00
- Citibank Platinum: $10,056.00
- Costco American Express: $8,959
- USAA Amex: $100.00
TOTAL Credit Card: $19,115.00
Auto Loan: $12,809.31
Not bad considering my CC debt was up around $28,000 in September after my Unemployment. And I didn’t get a new job until November, so I can only imagine how high it went. Still - compared to May of last year, I think I’m doing pretty good.
And right now, I’m still on track to be rid of my Costco Amex debt by the end of the year, with significant contributions to my Roth IRA and a $1200 Christmas fund. Not bad. Pretty good actually. Next year will be much better though…
