I am a 24 year old female living in Phoenix, Arizona. This blog is an honorarium to all of my passions- gadgets, travel, interior design. But mostly, it’s a roadmap to financially surviving all my interests - and providing a safety net for the future.

Where I’m starting from:

• 1200 sq foot house I bought myself April 2005.
• One Car paid off free and clear.
• One SUV I still owe $16K on.
• $19K in retirement funds
• A 6% paycheck contribution to my 401(K)
• Life Insurance - $650K in Term Insurance
• $0 in student loans
• Credit Card Debt - umm…. about $16K worth. All at 2% or 0% APR.

That’s pretty much it for now. Watch as I learn……
